They are just forcing themselves to do the diet because they have to not because they are happy with it. You need to be sure that you like and happy with your diet program. You need to choose food that you are comfortable eating and love eating. But of course those foods should be healthy.
Eliminate Bad Habit
If you have any bad habit or vices, you need to quit now! Vices such as alcohol and smoking will not do anything good to your health. All they could give you is sickness. Try to exercise to help you quit. Look for alternative like menthol candy if you smoke then fresh squeeze fruit juice as substitute to your alcohol problem.
Step-By-Step
Since you are just starting, try to do it step-by-step. You could start on simple type of diet and gradually move to a more advance types of diets for women. Losing weight takes time and it doesn’t happen overnight if that’s what you are thinking. DO not expect that there will be changes in your size, weight, and figure in just one week of doing the diet. Try to observe at least one month and if there are no changes then something is wrong with your program.
Timeline
You need to have a timeline. Like for example, you will do that diet program in 3 months and expect that you will lose some pounds that you have set like you have goal to lose 15 pounds in 3 months, then you need to see if the diet that you have made could help you achieve it.
